Fred Miller and Harvey Fennell of Fennell & Associates successfully completed a 16 acre land acquisition between Reno Gateway, LLC and Montreux Development Group.  Reno Gateway, LLC has no immediate plans for development of the 16 acres in Montreux.  Reno Gateway, LLC is a Hunt Valley, Maryland based investor group.
