Ken Focht spent 33 years cruising at 40,000 feet before he came down to earth. Prior to becoming a commercial broker for Fennell & Associates, Ken was a commercial airline pilot. His bases during that long career included Minneapolis, Saudi Arabia and Phoenix, Arizona where he got his first taste of real estate investing.

While in Phoenix, Ken became familiar with multi-family units from his own investing, so up upon retiring from the airlines it seemed natural for him to get his real estate license and focus on the commercial market. Ken offers his clients a sound perspective on commercial investment and property development, as well a passion for finding just the right solution.
